Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Custom Rapid Solutions uses Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems to eliminate the subjectivity and variability occasionally associated with manual visual inspection. AOI is integrated into the assembly process to provide 100% SMT component placement, polarity orientation and solder-joint inspection. With it's five cameras, five mega pixel digital colour camera technology and precision telecentric compound lens design it can detect the slightest imperfections.
In-circuit Testing
Our testing process is designed to ensure that the complete circuit is operational. For each product we work closely with our customers to specify the type of test needed.
Functional Testing
Functional tests are designed to ensure that each and every board functions without error. Boards are tested in their final stages of the process to ensure correct operation in the finished product.
